good location, good rooms, large swimming pool. ideal for families with children.
the rooms are big, the bed is comfortable, the terrace is big, it has a swimming pool. Highly recommended.
The decoration is a bit old, a little renovation would be nice.

Good
The staffs and location were nice.
A bit poor room facility, no water, only the first day at arrivals while so hot those days, no coffee, a bit too simple inside and look luxury from outside. So noisy with the kids program until 11pm.

The hotel had mainly Spanish holidaymakers and it had a nice European feel. They had activities throughout the day around the pool. Very pleasant setting. Most of the staff were friendly.
Up until my last day we had a very pleasant stay. I had heard that there are conflicts going on in Spain and there is some resentment towards the English. We were not all inclusive and we paid for our drinks. However, when I asked for a Sangria to be made at the hotel bar with white wine the waitress refused to make it (I’m intolerant to red wine). I said I would go to the pool bar where the bartender did make it and had made it for me and someone else. She still told me I couldn’t have it. I was shocked at how rude and angry she appeared to be. I went to the pool bar and queued. As I was being served she suddenly appeared and let out a tirade of Spanish to the young girl saying she wasn’t allowed to serve it to me. I understood a little of what she was saying as she repeated what I’d said. It was completely humiliating and embarrassing as there were Spanish customers behind me. I was really quite upset as it seemed a huge over reaction. I spoke to reception about it but it was never followed up. It almost ruined a lovely stay and let down the other staff who were polite and friendly.
